Your input will be key to helping us continually improve our processes, trading efficiency and operational resilience. You will develop relationships with service providers including Banks, Brokers, Liquidity Providers, Prime Brokers, Data and Technology Vendors and more.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Trading Operations experience (Trade Desk/Trade Support) is a must!
- Previous experience in trading and electronic markets in FX, Futures or Equities a plus
- Familiarity with Fund Operations, Middle and Back Office processes will make you a standout!
- Strong Interest in global financial markets
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to exercise good judgment and pro-active decision-making in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic, with the ability to research, identify and solve problems independently or with minimal assistance
- Demonstrable analytic & quantitative skills
