About You:

You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- A deep knowledge of electronic trading with a proven track record of profitable performance (Futures, FX and/or Equities preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in a trading role in a bank, hedge fund, asset manager or proprietary trading firm (experience in quantitative/systematic trading is preferred but not required).
- A high-level of initiative and self-motivation
- A history of successfully managing multiple initiatives with demonstrated team leadership abilities – e.g. hiring, mentoring, and/or training.
- A strong understanding of market microstructure and wider macro factors driving markets
